I am a business coach, strategist, advisor, former CEO, non-profit founder, writer, speaker, and real estate investor, now, living a life by design. But that is not how it always was for me. I draw on my 25+ years of experience building businesses and a successful multimillion-dollar tech exit to bring valuable insights that can help my clients and audiences unlock their full potential.

WHY PEAK CEO?  

Prior to business consulting and coaching, I was the former owner and CEO of an IT company. I was overworked, scattered, managing all the employees, never able to unplug, until I implemented operational systems and found the right people for the right places. 

I built a team with departments, created systems for hiring, onboarding, financials, and KPIs, leading to a successful multimillion-dollar exit. 

I learned first hand about CEO burnout, and now you can benefit from all of my mistakes. Systems saved my sanity and gave me freedom to be the business owner I always dreamed about.
