The classes are live and so are the labs. You should plan to be there on time and stay for the duration of the class. Your participation is important for your own learning and growth and for the other women in the class.
All classes are recorded. It is better if you can attend live so you can particpate in the labs and practice, but the material will be available. Also, I encourage a buddy system so you can practice outside of class.
No. Once you pay for the cohort you are entered into the system and will start to receive emails and instructions.
